Your audacious spirit and revolutionary conviction that you proved as a young man in the struggle against Batista and in the Revolution’s triumph, have remained constant throughout your life.
Your greatest legacy is the Communist Party of Cuba that you and other leaders have forged, and the Cuban people whose prowess and internationalism under your leadership, helped liberate South Africa from apartheid, saved millions of lives with medical care, and made millions of people literate.
You have inspired people worldwide how to struggle, how to persevere, how to win.
The Party for Socialism and Liberation salutes you and the Cuban Revolution as we commit ourselves ever more to fight for a socialist future in the United States. We will continue fighting for the Cuban Five Heroes until they are home free.
