PSLweb.org has taken on a project we call “PSL WikiBriefs” to
highlight some of the many important revelations contained in the
WikiLeaks diplomatic cables recently released.
With hundreds of thousands of pages of classified documents exposing
the criminal inner workings of the U.S. government now available to the
public, this project will attempt to sift through the troves of
information and briefly report on some of the most compelling and
significant details.
We will aim to summarize the information in the cables and supplement
it with a Marxist analysis. Putting the cables into the correct
political context is important for revolutionaries and progressive
organizers. Information alone, without the necessary component
of ideological clarity, cannot make a movement strong.
We will continue to update WikiBriefs regularly as new documents are
released, while also providing more in-depth articles on important
cables on PSLweb.org. Please check back frequently.
