Liberation News received this email sent by a woman in Ukraine:
I live in Slavyansk, in that city, where there is a war by the JUNTA (the self-proclaimed government) against the civilian population. Every night and every day from the outskirts of the city they are bombarding the city with cannons of various calibers. Some families are left without a roof, there are wounded by the gunfire, the mines and the collapse of walls. In the outskirts of the city there are many cadavers of the government’s Ukrainian soldiers that have been abandoned, they were assassinated in the back by the members of the Right Sector. The population of the city is directing ourselves to the world: “Stop the Kiev JUNTA! We are making a call to the international to protect the children, the women, the old people, stop this Junta, denounce their actions, and prosecute them for the shooting deaths of civilians! We, the civilians of the city Slavyansk will never give into this fascist, nationalist government installed in Kiev.
